Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100.
Orders under $100 will incur a flat shipping fee of $7.99.

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods such as sales or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.

Once dispatched, orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery to metro areas usually takes 3–5 business days from the time your order leaves our warehouse.

For regional areas, NT, WA, and TAS, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for delivery.

New Zealand Shipping

We offer international shipping to New Zealand for a flat rate of $12.99 AUD.
Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, or customs fees once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping price.

All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. As these charges vary by country and region, we recommend contacting your local customs office if you are unsure about any potential fees.

CLAW LAB is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes applied to your order during transit.

If a delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any duties or taxes charged, and the cost of returning the package. In these cases, a refund will not be issued.

We’ve developed our own custom moulds to create press-on nails that are noticeably stronger and more durable than standard options on the market. Unlike most press-ons made from ABS plastic, our nails are crafted from 100% soft acrylic, giving you a finish that looks and feels like a fresh salon set.

Each set includes everything you need for a seamless application — with 30 nails and 15 size options, so finding your perfect fit is easy and comfortable.*

Our adhesive has been carefully formulated and tested, and it’s one of the things customers rave about most. We consistently hear that it offers an incredibly strong hold without damaging natural nails when applied and removed correctly.

Glue options

Each pack includes our standard glue, which is more than enough for a few wears. For those who prefer a quicker, more precise application, we also offer a brush-on glue as an optional add-on — many customers find this easier and faster to use.

Reusing your nails

If you love switching up your look for weekends or special occasions, our adhesive tabs 10-pack is perfect for you. They allow you to reuse your nails without glue —

Absolutely! If your nails feel a little long, you can trim them to your preferred length and smooth the edges using the nail file included in your set.

Yes! Our nails can typically be reused 2-3 times after the first wear. To remove leftover glue from the back of the press-on, gently fold the included nail file to reach the curved areas and file away most of the dried glue. Don’t worry if a little remains — the nails will still adhere securely.

If you’re using adhesive tabs for short-term wear (like weekends or special events), your nails can be reused up to 10 times. For this, we recommend our Adhesive Tabs 10 Pack.

You can absolutely shower and swim while wearing you claw lab sets. We do recommend avoiding water for an our prior and for the first hour after application, allowing the adhesive to fully set for the best hold.

We recommend wearing gloves while you wash dishes.
