Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at madeleine@clawlab.com.au. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love your press-on nails, but if they’re not the right fit for you, we’ve got you covered.

Eligibility

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to one set of nails per order.

If you try one set and decide they’re not for you, we’ll refund the purchase price of that set (excluding shipping).

Any additional sets from the same order must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Return Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund

To start the process, please email our Customer Care Team at madeleine@clawlab.com.au.

and include:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the nail set that was opened/used

  • The reason for your return

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • Our return address is based in Australia

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

If you’d like to exchange your item, please reach out to our support team and we’ll do our best to assist you.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards, and purchases made using gift cards, cannot be refunded.
